We’ve had solar for 6 months and have had 2 errors so far with our unit. Customer service is slow, pls they closed the business in Idaho so now I don’t ave anyone local to call for warranty. In my opinion I shouldn’t have 2 errors within a month or each other. Would really appreciate some fast service for warranty and fix right so I don’t have to be calling every month for the rest of my life.

We were shopping around for solar and these guys not only matched others on the price per panel but also came through with some other goodies as well. I liked their approach to solving the problem of lowering or eliminating our electricity bill. It wasn't just about selling us the biggest solar panel array they could. They are generally really busy but eventually came through with everything they promised. I really liked our salesman, Brett, and I never felt like they were trying to pull anything over on me. All in all, a very positive experience; and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

We just had had our solar system installed today. Only took 4 hours and they did a really great job. Very efficient, coordinated, and organized. We are very excited to take the next step and get the city power company "Idaho Power" to get us hooked up to the grid. We are an older couple and after retirement and on a fixed income we will not have a power bill. We are jumping for joy. Solar is the way to go and GCE.Solar is the company to do it.

*Attention Homeowners* 1) Throughout the next 25 years from now will they be in business to service your repairs? 2) Who actually installs it? 3) Do they have electricians on staff or contracted? 4) How old are the panels technology? GCE has contacted me to take this down as I refused they would have their attorney contacting me. Still yet I never heard from an attorney just threats from their owner and now he’s posted that I am a ‘Solar Expert’ and still is yet to answer the questions and posted negative reviews on my company which has avoided talking to me. I asked GCE on what products they used and wouldn’t tell me what products they used. (I know what products they’ve used and know that I couldn’t recommend them) Does GCE doesn’t offer any type of backup if the grid were to go down like #Tesla? ***HomeOwners*** Just do your homework before investing thousands of dollars so that you don’t still have power when the grid is out, or still have a power bill. #Tesla

What a great experience we had with this company.   True to their word.   Within 3 weeks our panels were installed and within another 3 weeks we are up and running.    Mike was fun to talk too, honest and knowledgeable.   Willy and his crew did a very professional job of installing the panels and Eric is a master electrician.   James handles other installations and I'm loving the new LED lights in my garage.    Samantha was there to get us setup with the software so we can see what our investment is doing on a day-to-day basis. All were very helpful and patient and curteous with all of our questions and concerns.   So glad we chose to go with GCE!
