GDRProperty Management

So far I am not impressed with GDR. Since they have taken over our building, it’s gone downhill. The place used to be clean and welcoming. Not anymore. Sad when a company says they care to keep the “community” but do nothing to keep it. Cooperate America makes me sad.

So very hard to get ahold of, then when u finally get ahold of someone. They act like its your fault for not being able to reach them , personally i think they know customers phone numbers, and choose whether or not to answer them, not how u run a buisiness

I feel secure that my property is looked after by GDR and that when a tenant moves out, you work hard to find a replacement quickly. Whenever I have voiced my concerns or had questions via email, I ALWAYS gets immediate responses. That’s what I appreciate the most.

GDR has managed my rental house in the Albuquerque area for the last four years. They are the most professional of the management companies that I have. My current tenant has occupied the house for a number of years, so you did an excellent job selecting the tenant.
