Had a cracked screen on my MacBook air. Went online and saw a price to replace. Ok great. Booked an appointment, went to the 23rd st. location and met a Geek Squad associate. He informed me that they do not replace screens unless it's under their warranty or Apple's warranty. Totally USELESS. Wasted time and money to find out their website is incorrect. Went U break I fix and had a wonderful and affordable experience.
Terrible. I told them the whole problem twice before making an appointment. I took a cab to get there wasted 20 bucks and an hour of waiting time for them to tell me they cannot help. Why make an appointment if you know you cannot help.

Had an appointment scheduled to replace my iPhone screen. Waited for 40 min for them to tell me that they don’t have a screen. They offered to order it from Apple which is suppose to take 2-3 weeks. Very disappointed with timing and the lack of communication.
These guys were awesome. I replaced my battery at home with a kit from amazon and had issues getting the screen to work putting it back together. I showed up 10 mins before opening and was let in early and my phone fixed 5 minutes later. Would absolutely come back with any issues, great customer service.
The employees here were very kind and willing to help. Not only that but the service was great and my laptop was fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely go here again if I need repair service for any of my devices.
My in-store experience with Geek Squad was excellent. The service was quick, complete and efficient. The Geek squad technician answered my questions without delay and provided customer care with a smile.
The phone doesn’t work, is a waist of time and the most annoying and unprofessional communication system I have ever heard, is so stupid that a 3 year old children can do a better job.
Horrible! They sent my laptop out of state to get my laptop return back with an open screen.
