Do not recommend this place for auto insurance, I got rear ended and they told me that they will take care of it. Never received a call back and had to be on hold for 2 and a half ours to see what’s happening with my claim. Then they told me I had to call the other person’s insurance as this has nothing to do with them. After that headache they wanted to charge me 3600 for a 6 month premium I decided I wasn’t going to renew and work on my vehicles then was told I owed $338 dollars for the two weeks they went over without calling me for a truck that wasn’t even drive-able just got off the phone and they told me pictures of my truck being worked on and out of commission wasn’t enough proof to not be charged. By the way my 6 month premium with state farm is 2,080 dollars Randy Rhodes over there makes me feel welcomed and appreciated and called me when they realize I could be saving more. Geico never did this and only try charging me more. If you’re young and looking for some insurance go to state farm. This place will make you feel defeated.

Geico is accusing me of using my vehicle for delivery services. I have never driven for Uber or doordash. Now you place the responsibility of proof on me, if you're making the accusation, you really should be the one doing the research before you remove someone's coverage. All stemming from me asking if they allow for delivery. Discriminatory practices.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. If you need an affordable insurance quote and don't want to wait on hold, give them a call! Highly recommend.
Been with them. Called to get a new policy and they were giving me a hard time more than 1 hr just to say they can’t cover my 2001 ford 250. A prejudice. Would give zero stars. Don’t use them.
Chalia Tyner was very quick and efficient in getting me started with my insurance policy, kudos to her.... the only thing, Chaila... have those donuts and coffee ready for me next time...!!! LOL
This company is full of crooks. The claims adjuster is a terrible human and convinces body shops to lie on your documentation to try to get out of paying for legitimate claims. I have never been more disgusted with a company.
This insurance company is a joke. I had them back in 1995 in Anchorage and they suck. Oh ya I don't forget or forgive.
Customer service was absolutely horrible. If you want to not feel taken care of as a customer, this is your place. Will be canceling my policy based on the conversation I had with one of the reps working at this office.
Being screwed by Neil Peters of Geico. They're client hit me, is denying he did it. Was told it was no problem all the facts add up. Now, nope. Other driver won't answer his phone, so they can't close it until they talk to him. Agent won't even call me now, hiding behind emails. Disgusting lying insurance agents.
