GEICO Insurance Agent

I switched to GEICO a year ago because I was offered a lower rate than my previous insurer. I was told after 6 months, my rates will only go down and NEVER go up. Unfortunately GEICO didn't stick to their words. My auto insurance went up by $8 after 6 months (apparently due to inflation), and then went up again by $8 after another 6 months (again apparently to cover increase in market costs). All this at no fault of my own and despite of me being a safe driver. So after a year I am actually paying more than what I was with my previous insurer. At this rate, after 3 years I'll be paying $50 more than what I started with. This is ridiculous! Thank you Geico for luring me with lower prices. I didn't know those lower prices only last 6 months! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED !

24/7 road side assistabce but the necer answered the phone on saibt pattys day I wonder why. So I called the closet company to get ne and my car home...the next day I was told I was going to be reimbursed in full $107.90. After the supervisor argued with me telling me its my fault for calling the only number on my id cards that I would only be reimbursed $50 after being told I was covered for the full tow. I was lied to disrespected and out of pocket expenses because Its my fault you guys never picked up the phone I guess thats what I getfor full coverage $311 amonth. Then some lady blamed it on the weather and I should of just wanted out the storm. Horrible Horrible service no matter what department. I am cancelling my service and will never again call on rude ass Geico for help bc they will call me a liar and say I never did. Pathetic.

Friendly agents! I live in Edmond, but I always prefer to drive to this office rather than calling customer service. Always recieved top notch service.

Amazing staff and amazing business owner ! It’s better than calling the 1800 number. Every lady there is professional and very polite and try their best to help anyone that comes in !!!

Awesome people who are incredibly helpful. I ended up having to cancel my policy due to a car deal falling through, but they helped my out and were very understanding. I will definitely look into continuing with them later on.
