Ice cream was okay, don't know if it was because we got there kinda early I guess but the ice cream had a weird consistency and I found a hard pice of plastic in my green tea scoop. My boyfriend had mango and to our knowledge no plastic in his. I tried calling to let them know there might be more plastic in the green tea, no answer both times I called and no voice-mail to even let them know ‍ I hope there's not more but maybe stay away from the green tea

Ice cream was amazing my 2 year old niece love it! But I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Jocelyn the young lady working as cashier. I asked her if I could have a sample spoon because my niece has difficulties holding a regular spoon because she only has her right hand. The young lady hesitated looked at me and said just letting you know these spoons are only for samples. I try to explain why I wanted the spoon but she just gave it to me and walked away. I honestly felt very disrespected by this employee. Please hire people that are humble and want to bring your business up not down.

Wow, time flies but I had a 66 star experience from Low. She was a very talented individual on and off the court. She also knew how to deliver that ice cream very well. I think she’s retired now but I wish the company good luck with future endeavors.

First time trying this place. Cassandra helped us out she was incredibly nice!!! I am a very undecisive person and she did not loose her patience. Great 1st time experience thank you Cassandra.

My daughter wanted an icecream cone - she loved it! Plus all their flavored icecream looks very apealing.

Jan 31 2020, ordered a chocolate chocolate cone but was denied because "the chocolate cones are for tomorrow", Jocelyn provided a rushing and poor service!
