If you're looking for a great place to get auto parts, whether as an individual or as an auto repair shop, this is an excellent choice! If they don't have it, they can probably get it, and personally I love supporting small, local businesses. Great choice!
Great custimer service GEM been around the best in not the state the country.
Customer service is extremely slow . The staff is rude . And more importantly the prices are way higher than auto zone. I went in for ford econoline coils . Pretty simple stuff. Gem wanted $500 , auto zone was half the price . Don’t even bother here , they don’t value the customers that walk in.
Loved working here and prices are guaranteed with good quality great job to work at I will be returning to work with them really soon .
Very slow customer services they take for ever to help u i was waiting and no body ask me for whst i need never going back for sure....
Besides that very rude shabby boy at the Chelsea location counter, the rest are pretty good.
20 mins on hold, then 10 minutes standing at the counter for the privilege of watching the counter staff fight with their computers, only to find they don't stock anything I needed. Next time I won't bother wasting time on hold Or visiting!
Not good place to work ppl are fake over there too..
