Gene prepared two amended returns for me. 2020,2021 I endured many months and untold hours on hold with the IRS. Finally, a very capable agent was able to sort out the significant mistakes Gene had made preparing both returns. The agent also requested info on who had prepared them. He noted that Gene had not signed them but his daughter had. The amount of time and frustration I went through was anguishing. Be fore warned.

Gene is a straight to the point no nosense person. Some people can't handle a around direct man. He's NOT a B.S. smiley person. Tell him what you want and he is knowledgeable. He's going to tell you your options. I had a problem on 2 occasions. Gene saw me at short notice and gave me to docs I needed. He took a lot of time w me and educated me on my options. He also went online and do some things for me. Gene is a good honest man. He knows the laws and what you can deduct. He will help you. Just tell him what your issues are. He will even meet w the IRS for you and help you w a big issue. Use this man if you are in trouble.

This is a turn and burn operation. I'm not sure how many times I was told how long my return was taking and I could see the line of people forming because my return took longer than expected. Yet they didn't even ask a single question of my needs before my appointment. I went to a small firm for a more personal touch and enough time to go over my return, this is not what I got. Not too mention, I have never owed on my taxes before in my life and I walked out of this place owing over $4,000. Thanks... Added a star because the mother was sweet.

We have been using this family-owned business for 7 years. He knows all around the tax laws and constantly is being informed of new tax laws. We booked an appointment with him and we were scared we owed 10 grand for taxes when we walked out of there we only owed $6,000. Showed us how to itemize. Great people how to do everything

Avoid like the plague...which you may get since they choose to not only obey health rules, but shame those that do. Will be reporting them REPEATEDLY to the health department! Hope you've swindle yourselves out of enough taxes to pay the fines! Hope you get shut down! Will never be back and will warn anyone and everyone I can away from here.
