These people appear to be lying actively about the nature of infestations. I have a security camera in my apartment and heard them conspiring to lie to "help out" people who are employing them, I assume landlords. If you're a tenant in a building that they service, I'd recommend hiring your own service for a second opinion.

Same thing happened to me too. I called and tried to schedule an appointment and they said they will call me back to confirm the appointment, but they never called and showed up suddenly. I wish they can give people some notice.

One of their drivers almost ran over a pedestrian while pulling around to pass me as I was stopped at a crosswalk, and then proceeded to make obscene gestures at me while tailgating when he couldn't get around me. License plate was P44 447. Cannot be a good company!
