I'm a contractor, and when I need a line cleared, they've never let me down. Always a pleasure to work with, and a great value. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I called their office in a panic and the woman there was helpful. We had servicemen here in two hours. The men were professional-clean-and solved our problem. We could not be any happier.
Had them come out and clear a sewer line $245 in a vacant apartment. Two months sewage backed up again. Company would not come back out without an additional charge and made no offer to try and work with me. Would not recommend them.

Called to clear a drain in a property that we manage. Tech got his machine stuck in the drain and could not get it out. 2 other techs came out to remove machine from drain, but did not clear drain or find the problem, even though I was charged for the service. THEY DID LESS THAN NOTHING.
