Transportation department is disorganized and unprofessional. I have had difficulty arranging pick ups after the very first ride. Tons of messages left. It is so disappointing that the level of service is so poor because in this area there are not many other options. This could be the reason why they feel it is acceptable to leave calls unreturned and be unapologetically callous, when they finally do respond. To those who do need this type of service, make Generations your last resort.
