Can't recommend more. We made an appointment at a different location, but got the appointment at this location by honest mistake and won't go anywhere else. The entire staff is the sweetest and most attentive of any business of any type we've ever dealt with. Pricing is very reasonable and Dr. Thorson is very thorough and personable. Our little puppy loved everyone there.

The team at Gentle Doctor o is awesome. They are always there to help, and they treat our dogs two Boxers as if they were there own. We have been going there for the past 8 years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! Highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this office. I moved to Omaha last year and they were my first and only vet. Every experience from visits to boarding my dog to my cat having surgery have been above and beyond. In my experience it appears that every single employee loves and cares for animals and people. Today, my old man visited for a skin infection and had an accident in the car on the way there. They helped me clean him up and a nice lady even went to my car with me to get my purse to pay. I gave her my card in the parking lot and she went in to pay for me while I cleaned up the mess. She didn't have to help, but she did. The Dr. was so caring to my aging boy, even getting on the floor to treat him because he couldn't stand on the tile floors. What a great group of people and a caring and honest business! The team at Gentle Doctor is amazing. We recently received some bad news about our pup and the team at this practice was understanding, compassionate, and answered all of our questions with grace. Their expertise was evident and their patient interaction was impeccable. I would unreservedly recommend this for anyone who needs a small animal veterinarian.

I had a good experience at Gentle Doctor. The staff wore a face mask and gloves for safety. The phone number was clearly posted on the windows of the building so I could call when I arrived. The staff called to gather information, they picked up my pet from my car, the doctor called to go over his findings, and then they returned my pet, medications, and paperwork all at the same time. The whole process was done quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with my visit and my pet is improving each day!!!

Dr Taylor Morrison has the best bedside manner with my two cats. One is pretty chill at the vet, and the other get super scare/anxious and hisses. Her gentle and calm manner is soothing to my cats, and also to me. She takes the time to listen to any concerns about my pets’ heath and is a wonderful educator about options for care. I never feel rushed out of the visit and always have plenty of time to ask any questions. The vet techs are always very professional and so kind with my cats. After trying serveral vet locations, I won’t go anywhere else now. Gentle Doctor lives up to its name, and more.

The facility was clean and modern looking. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They genuinely seem to care about the animals they treat. We will continue to come here for our animal's care.
