Dr. Alexiades is wonderful. He listens, is thorough, and very helpful thinking through decisions. I saw him for ear imbalance and felt very heard many doctors dismiss meniere’s and his team was fast, highly professional, and welcoming.
I highly recommend Dr Alexiades. My husband met with him for a second opinion for a surgical procedure. Dr Alexiades was so knowledgeable, took his time explaining everything to my husband, we feel confident with the treatment plan. He truly cares about his patients and it shows!
My visit with Dr alexiades was a positive experience in every way. He was kind and friendly and reassuring. Able to explain various details to me in ways I could understand. Encouraged any questions that I had. Clearly competent and knowledgeable. A very positive medical Experience for me, which is what I have become as sustained to at WCMC!
Dr. Alexiades is wonderful to work with, and quietly caring, constantly considering us as people who are treated very thoughtfully at the same time.
Dr. Alexiades is a phenomenal surgeon and human being. He is a star at NY Cornell. Each time my daughter went in for surgery, I can't tell you how many times I was told how great he is by hospital staff and how he has operated on their family members. Well, he has certainly proven to me that he is in fact a star. He has exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond after her surgeries, consistently checking in, immediately returning my calls, etc. We are so very lucky... I highly recommend him. - From a mom with very high expectations ;-
Excellent experience. I had ear surgery with Dr. Alexiades and everything went as planned. Very meticulous and clear with everything.
I've been seeing Dr A for about 2 years. He is thorough, asks the right questions, is concerned about my issues. I don't have a very serious issue, but it is one that affects my hearing, balance and equilibrium so is something that needs to be monitored. The office staff are welcoming, helpful, and talk to patients like they are people. His assistant who takes care of any questions is responsive and gets things done.
Dr. Alexiades has treated my young daughter’s ear issues with the highest level of expertise and care. She can be sensitive at times and he always makes the adjustments necessary to ensure that she is comfortable. He has guided us through numerous tricky ear infections with such great care and empathy. I would most highly recommend him.
Dr. Alexiades was excellent and super time-efficient! I was in and out of his office in thirty minutes. He really does not waste anytime, but still listens to every question and concern you may have. I definitely recommend him and his office!
I am so grateful I met with Dr. Alexiades for a second opinion regarding surgery for a cholesteatoma. His confidence, warm demeanor, and minimally invasive surgical plan helped me feel more comfortable about the procedure. Furthermore, the entire hospital staff was also attentive and caring the day of the surgery. I believe I have achieved the best possible outcome, thanks to Dr. Alexiades.
