I feel like I should write two reviews, one for every other time except today. I believe in the service industry service is key. My husband switched to this cleaners and anytime I’ve gone we’ve spoken to the gentleman Mr P. We’ve had several items cleaned without problem and the two times items were not fully cleaned Mr. P suggested a re clean that solved the issue. Today my husband picked up one of my coats, it was still dirty and with lint all over the coat when he bright them home. I called and a female answered. She was very short with me and hung up before I was finished speaking. She said the material quality might be poor and made other excuses as to why it was not cleaned. This is a “designer” coat that has previously been dry cleaned without problems. I would expect at least the lint to be cleaned off even if the stains didn’t come out. She said I could bring it back this week and speak with Mr. P, I’ll give it another try and hopefully the coat will get properly cleaned; however her extremely rude and unprofessional behavior was surprising. Sharing photos as a reference and will update this review.

Georgetown Valet saved the day for me and my family in late December. We had a family wedding two hours from DC, and a crisis. Family from overseas arrived two days before the wedding and needed to dry clean wedding attire and have a new pair of dress pants altered. We only had 24 hours. Several dry cleaners in Bethesda and DC said they could not help us in 24 hours, but Georgetown Valet was wonderful. They were willing to help us in 24 hours and did a fabulous job! Chang jumped in to help with the alteration and the team helping with the dry cleaning was superb. We are so grateful and highly recommend this dry cleaners for anyone in DC--they do excellent work but also generous and kind.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I love this place. I have been taking my dry cleaning here for a few years and have had them do several alterations. They are great and do very quick work. I spilled red wine all over a light blue bridesmaid dress once and brought it in 3 days later - got it back looking like new. Everyone who works here is very friendly. I have never had one complaint about this place. Highly recommend.

I was a customer a couple years ago recently I had to get a special button replaced on my pants. I thought during the pandemic and I was going to have a wait but I didn't I got my pants back with them 48 hours. They did a nice job on my uniforms in the past.

They did a great job cleaning and boxing my wedding dress for storage. I had ridden a bike from the ceremony to the reception, so there were a few spots of grease on the dress, and they were able to make it like new!

Great friendly service. Good at getting stains out. Better than the other 6 hill dry cleaners I tried and quit before landing on them 5 yrs ago. Top notch. And they don't use perc, so you can feel a little better about your impact on the environment.

They do a really good job on your garments. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have used the cleaning and the mending/alterations here. They are always friendly, and state clearly when your work will be done. The only time I was disappointed, was when I misunderstood which Monday an item would be done!

They are excellent at mending and tailoring and reasonably priced. I've never used the dry cleaning.
