Georgia Clinic have been my primary care provider since 2013 and the staff has provided wonderful care. The nurse practitioners that have been in the office over the years have been marvelous with monitoring my health and providing alternatives to what needs to be corrected or addressed. Moreover, the office is located on the service road and is easy to access the interstate. I definitely recommend Georgia Clinic to anyone that is reading this review.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The Dunwoody location is the absolute worst doctor's office I have ever been to. The front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never even seen an actual doctor at this location, but a PA I believe. The worst thing is my pharmacy tried multiple times to contact the doctor's office and eventually advised me that my blood pressure medication which I have been on for years and will be on for the rest of my life could not be filled and I needed to call the doctor. I called and was told to call their other location and after being put on hold for 10 minutes was told that my prescription would not be filled because it was more than six months old and there was not a doctor present to authorize a refill. I have a couple problems with this: 1 How is there not a doctor present at a doctor's office? 2 How can a doctor's office not refill at least an emergency refill a life-essential medication? My hypertension is congenital and I need this is medication that I need to keep me from having a stroke or heart attack. For a doctor's office to tell a patient that they can't refill such a necessary prescription because it is "against their protocol" is absolutely unacceptable.
I wish I could give a negative 100. This corporate square office is unorganized n unprofessional in every way shape n form. The front office displays no customer service especially the young lady named Kayla. I’m in there for a follow up visit to get some test results. Why do I have to wait over an hour for that. When I come up front to let them know I can’t wait any longer n can I just have test results Kayla rolls her eyes. A true sign of her maturity obviously. All of a sudden the doctor is available n wants to have conversation of my results in hallway in front of others when I ask for a copy of the results. I will be finding another doctors office with more compassion n respect. They r ridiculous!!!!
I’ve been a patient of Georgia Clinic at the Corporate Square location for 8 years now. The staff is pleasant and easy to work with. My schedule moves around a lot and they make it easy for me to get in to see the doctor when I need.
The only couple times I've been here, it's taken close to 2 hours to be seen, and no one in the office seems to care. Just today there was a patient with a 1 pm appointment who got to the clinic 2 hours early her decision and complained that she had been waiting too long and demanded she be seen or she would go elsewhere. My appointment was at 12:45 pm. By the time 1:30 rolled around, they called that patient back "because she had been waiting so long." I was on time for my 12:45 appointment, and I'm just now in the exam room. It's 1:53 pm. I still have to wait for the PA to get in here because the doctor I was supposed to see cancelled on me, and who knows how long that will take. So I've just seen the nurse to take my vitals, and she was on her phone texting the other employees about having food delivered because she hasn't had a break today! And she said she probably wouldn't get one! What kind of place is this?? How do you expect healthcare workers to care about their patients when they're hangry?? This poor woman has clearly not had a break all day and is expected to work well with patients on a tired, empty stomach. Ridiculous. And I'm still waiting 2:00 pm. I finally left the office at 2:40. Two hours after my scheduled appointment. Don't schedule an appointment at this office. You will be here all day.
I wish I could give a 0. This has to be the worst office ever. Had a 2pm appt with one doctor and get there and the doctor left for the day. I was told that she only came for a few hours. So I took off work and had no choice but to be seen. Waited for an hour still nothing. Then was told I could only be seen if I had a physical too. Was left in the room with no communication. Doctor didn’t speak. Very old and the table was peeling. Please beware!!!!
This place has steadily gone downhill. I have been a patient at Georgia Clinic for over eight years, starting with Dr. Ali as my physician and later Chelsea after Dr. Ali’s departure. I cannot believe how I was treated today by the front office staff at the Corporate Square location. I am currently residing overseas and typically visit the location twice a year for the management of my diabetes. The front office staff refused me the opportunity to speak to the physician after they instructed me on Wednesday to call back on Friday at 1:45 PM. I simply wanted to explain to the physician that I was located in Africa and needed an authorization for Walgreens to refill my prescriptions and ship them here. I have been overseas for three years and this has worked perfectly. I cannot believe given the Covid-19 pandemic that medical providers would not even allow me a telemedicine visit or the opportunity to speak to my physician. When I return to the US, I will request a copy of my medical records and find a physician and practice that actually cares about their patients. The practice and the people working there have lost sight of what it truly means to care for patients.
Dr. Kaur is very knowledgeable, thorough and amiable, as well as an exceptional physician. She spends extra time to ensure that her patients understand their medical condition and treatment needed to manage their diagnosis. Highly recommended.
Worst medical office I have ever been to. In order to complete a normal check up, they forced me to come back in to go over results less than 5 minute conversation. Both appointments I had to wait over an hour. They also wouldn't refill my prescription without coming in for an appointment every 3 months. Avoid this place at all costs.
THE WORST IDIOT DOCTOR EVER. Seriously the corporate square location is the worst. Would give ZERO stars if I could. I went for a general physical and had some questions about my thyroid levels which another dr office told me looked out of whack and they just said at the GA clinic everything looks normal.. when I questioned to do more testing because I have noticed hair thinning and other symptoms of possible thyroid imbalance I was told to just take biotin and stop using hair products like hair spray and dry shampoo???? Are you kidding me.. I came back in on a Tuesday for a sore throat the dr didn’t even feel my throat, take my temperature or offer a strep test, he simply looked at my throat said it was red and told me to DRINK HOT TEA AND GET A NUMBING THROAT SPRAY. I had to work 14 hour shifts all week... the day after visiting his office had developed a fever of 103 for 3 days straight.. called them back and he called me in a zpack... did not help symptoms or pain at all. Mind you I was in severe pain and could not eat or swallow. By Friday evening I had to seek care from somewhere else and went to an urgent care facility. My throat was covered in step and puss and I had developed tonsillitis/phlaryngitis... the urgent care dr told me to throw the zpack away as it’s usless for strep and gave me two shots and prescribed me the correct medicine.. thanks but ill be finding a new primary care doctor .
