Georgia Museum of Art

Pretty art and an experience you should definitely have as a student or visitor to Athens. The walls are really pretty and make the experience cute. Security staff could improve, they're extremely rude and follow you everywhere.

Has regular, standing exhibits and special exhibits and events ehich change. Paintings, furnishings, installations. Docents are super nice and were able to answer my questions. Seems there are facilities to accommodate small gatherings as I have seen what looks to be private events there. There is a small garden outside. There is a small kiosk coffee area with tables.

Nice and quiet. Was followed by staff which made it feel unwelcoming. I understand the need for 100 cameras but you shouldn't have to have security follow people. I was with my wife and daughter.

I like this place. It is a small place within UGA campus, but I feel comfortable spending my time here.

Definitely a place to go to for some serenity in otherwise bustling​ Athens. The art is beautiful and the building, itself, is an eclectic mix of techniques, materials, texture, colors and landscaping pounded into a single harmonic structural masterpiece that can hold it's own. Incredible amount of thought seems to have gone into most minute detail; Very well executed.
