Abysmal. On hold for 40 minutes and gave up.
The absolute worst! Organized chaos!
Customer Service at GSU is very poor in ALL departments. Most of the time when you call you get student workers who half the time don't know what there talking about but have the nerve to be rude on the phone.
Very poor service. No one answers the telephone, so do not bother calling. No direct telephone numbers for persons in admissions. Website is difficult to use. Perhaps a student could get credit updating website for admissions. Very discouraging to applicants- but GSU doesn't seem to care.
If you call at 4:40p.m. you will hear a message that says their normal business hours are from 8:30 am-5-15p.m. This will leave you very confused. Dont be! It's called horrible customer service.
Not really sure why it would take over an hour for them to answer the phone. I ended up just hanging up because they never answered.. I called around 3pm on a Monday.
I wish I could give them any thing below zero. Horrible customer service and admission office staff. I called four times today and remained on hold for 90 minutes then my call was dropped. I heard the same announcement about T-Mobile service mentioned by someone eight months ago. Invest your money and time somewhere else.
