From what I have read that the founder and owner of Gerber pass away. First I am very sorry for y'all loss. Now the reason I gave 2 stars is I have called two times left two messages I haven't got no call back. I sent an email and have got a reply back from anyone. I truly believe that the founder wouldn't be happy with his employees
I think they closed for good. Cant reach them on the phone and no one responds to email. I think either they are all out protesting or covid took them out.
I've been using Gurber knives and Axes for 10+ years. They are solid. The warrenty department is fantastic and the company really cares about your experience with thier gear. Awesome job Gerber. Keep it up.
Grace is the young woman at the front who greets you as you come in. She is so polite and so helpful. Wonderful attitude and represents your company so well. She deserves a raise. We will look forward to coming back.
Very difficult to find, stopped by on a Monday. Store wasn't open! This was at 11 am.
