This is the only mechanic place I go to ever since I discovered them. Always honest and courteous. You can send your Grandmother here and not have to worry about her being taken advantage of. I don't trust mechanics at all; not even for an oil change, but I trust these guys 100%. Been going here for about 5 yrs now and always felt relived to leave my car in their care.

I had been trying to get my inspection done for over 2 weeks, but due to confliction of work schedule and most auto shops closing at 5 it was hard to find a place that had evening hours. I found Germosen and seen they closed at 6 and they took me literally last minute @5:30 and got me out before 6! Very fast, reasonable and friendly. Thank you guys for taking me last minute!! Definitely will return!

I brought two automobiles to this place under a recommendation from a friend of a friend. Upon arriving I wasn’t greeted but I introduced myself and proceeded to tell them what I needed done. They can’t even speak good English but it didn’t bother me because I figured the way they were nodding their heads, they knew what I needed. Wrong! I was charged 1,800 and my car drove for two days only. The other car was charged $1,600 and my engine stopped working after 1 week. I called them and they had the nerve to argue with me and not fix the problem. They’re thieves robbing the community and they have unprofessional staff. They are all in it because they are family based. Do not take your car there or pick up truck. Furthermore they are lazy!! I’m telling you all... DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people or should I say CROOKS!

THE BEST. As a woman, visiting auto shops was always infuriating. Men would take advantage since I did not know much about cars and prices and would not give me the same level of priority and respect they would give men. For instance, BLESSING AUTO SALES! They are horrible but I'll save that for another review. Here at Germosen, I felt safe. Services I needed for my car were explained and they were beyond patient. They were each sweet, kind, and most importantly respectful. I would recommend 100x.

Great Guys who won't jerk your chain !! Fair and up front, they wont sell you what you don't need and get you back on the road asap !! Inspections, brakes, tune up, repairs, codes cleared and everyones mistake and oversight, " Scheduled Maintenance" The manufacturer recommends, you better follow up, check your manual and come on over ! Good guys to know here !!

Brought our big truck here for an alignment. For a reason that I don't believe was there fault, it wasn't able to be repaired. But they did a lot of work to try and make it right. And in the end they didn't charge me anything because they said they didn't fix it. I'vr taken vehicles to shops that didn't fix it either but still charged a diagnostic or minimum service fee. This was my first time taking it to them and I feel as though at the very least they will bend over backwards to try to make it right. I'll be back with no expectations of anything else for free.

I have been taking my used 2007 Honda Odyssey that I bought with 191,000 miles there for the last 6 years. Over the last 6 years, I had both tie rods and upper controls arms done, Also they have replaced my front and brake pads a few times, all 4 rotors, my alternator twice, tune ups, oil changes, and inspections as well. Always polite, professional, and the work is top quality. Not the cheapest but you get excellent service for an honest and fair price. My Honda now has 257,000 miles and is still running strong. Giant sign on the sign of the building saying Inspection cost is 59.99 was charged 108 with now legitimate explanation pointing to nonsense on a sign, none of which was relevant. Really wasn't in the mood for an argument and decided to pay and get on with my day. It felt really scummy. Inspection sticker and registration weren't even put on straight, old sticker residue wasn't removed, old sticker pieces left on the dash. There was no confusion, the price bump for vehicles over 8000 lbs did not apply to my pickup as I have the weight printed on the title in my hand I will not return here again

They were fast with my inspection...they have the cheapest price in town. I went early in the morning around 9:15am and there were very few cars. I was out before 10:00am. Nice waiting area and quick service.
