Gervais Garage Doors

I have used a couple times. One time to install a new garage door opener a few years ago. Last night, our door broke, I texted Gervais Garage Doors & they were here the next morning and fixed it. I'm very grateful!

I highly recommend this company for garage door repairs or maintenance. Mr. Hernandez came out the very next day in the morning to replace a tension spring on my garage door. After he was done he lubricated the door and also my second garage door. He did a great professional job and quickly as well for a very good price.

long review I inquired about an estimate, he was quick pleasant & responsive. Provided a quote, followed up with a few messages and no response, one of which was wanting to proceed with the job. When he did respond he then says he will provide a new quote as prices go up after 5 days. I noted that he did not disclose the 5 day rule in text or conversation and asked him to honor initial quote. He didn't respond. He sent the new quote on email. As I am a person of strong integrity, it did not bother me his price went up it bothered me that he didn't disclose this and he ignored my inquiry. A couple days after sending the new quote, he emailed again asking for my to sign it and pay the deposit. I had also asked twice where/how was the link to place deposit. No response. I decided to ask again about honoring his initial quote as he never disclosed his 5 day rule. He proceeds to tell me he is ok if I find someone else for the job. Not wanting to keep looking I ignore this and clarify that I would proceed but needed to know how to place the deposit. His reply is that in the next week he would be off work for a couple months. Since he had told me the garage doors would be a few months, I restated this information and that regardless of his time off he would be back in time to complete my job. No response I went online signed the "new' quote. His response, I will not be doing your job, please find someone else. I do not do well when people are dismissive and poor communication. In one week I was asked to pay deposit by end of week, but he wouldn't tell me how, I even asked for an electronic link, a couple days later was told he would be taking time off then I was told to find someone else. I am a consumer that prefers to give to small business but I pay for good customer care so hopeful whomever I elect for garage door replacement can provide that as Jose, with myself, was not able to. Very disappointed.

Mr Hernandez did a great job for me this week. My garage door failed after the recent power outage. I was able to send a pic of the problem. He stopped by and gave me a quote and did the work the next day. He always kept his promises, if he said 4 o'clock, he was there at 3:30. While fixing the broken door he noticed the other garage door needed adjustment, so he fixed it. He also lubricated both doors. At no extra charge. If you need his services, don't call home advisor, call Jose, you will not be disappointed.

Jose is a profesional! He showed up early after asking. Did the repair quickly and left no trace he was there except for our garage door works better now than it has for the last two years!! He shared a couple tips to get the most life from my garage door. And.......the bill was less than his phone quote which was not even expected, but greatly appreciated!! I have already recommended Jose to my next door neighbor.

We Highly recommend Jose at G Garage Doors to service your garage door repair needs. Our garage door went out Friday night and we called him Saturday morning and he scheduled us the same day that afternoon. He is very knowledgeable and professional and he only took 45 mins to fix our garage door. We had a broken spring in our garage. He knew exactly what the problem was. My decade old garage door opener recently developed some opening/closing issues. Unfortunately for me it was beyond repair. I called Jose Monday morning and by Tuesday evening I had a new garage door opener installed. I called Jose for an appointment to replace the 16' gasket on my 20-year-old garage door. He gave me an approximate time, and called in advance when he was going to be early very considerate. He showed me in advance for my approval the material he would be using. He installed an adapter to be able to fit a new gasket to my old door. He completed the job in less than 1/2 hour and it's perfect. He had me do a 'test drive' to make sure I was happy with it. Such a nice man. And, he warranties his work - in writing! I highly recommend him.

I had the coil spring break today on my garage door with my car still in the garage which means I could not open the door. I called Gervis Garage doors and talked with Joe the owner he was very prompt and professional in repairing the door in just a few minutes.
