I just joined a couple weeks ago and I love it! The group workouts are challenging and fun. The instructors have a lot of knowledge about fitness and are awesome motivators.

I love working out at GIDF! The classes are challenging and the trainers are awesome. Every workout is different and the gym is spacious and clean. I walk out sweaty and feeling good every time. I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

This gym is well equipped, clean and the owner is the nicest guy.  I forgot incredibly affordable monthly!
