I worked have worked with Shawn three days a week over the past six months and I am very pleased with the results. Shawn is professional, reliable, and his attention to detail is second to none. He was very engaged during each session providing value add coaching towards achieving my fitness goals. I would highly recommend training with Shawn.
Shawn is the best. I have had a great experience training with him over the past 40 sessions. Shawn is always worried about his clients goals, needs, and most importantly safety. I have many injuries and issues and Shawn is always there to guide me and make sure that each exercise is done correctly and free of pain. We use heart rate monitors to make sure we are getting the most out each workout as well as how hard he can push us. I have been thankful to have Shawn as a personal trainer who is so concerned about my well being where he asks about the nutrition plan, the body, and the sleep before and during each workout, thus showing great care for his clients. I have seen great results from the sessions I have had with Shawn thus far. I have gone from 155+ lbs to 130 and my body fat percentage went from 30% to 19% and possibly lower. I could not have asked for a better more professional personal trainer. Shawn is the go to trainer, it is money well spent and look forward to my next 30 sessions with him.
I have been working with Shawn for 14 months 3 times per week and over that time I have lost 30 pounds, decreased body fat percentage by 15%, and significantly increased muscle mass. Shawn is consistent with making sure all exercises are done with proper form to avoid injury and get the maximum results. I've used other personal trainers before and he has been by far the best. He will tailor your workouts towards your goals and knows how to push you to your limits without exceeding them and causing injury. Very highly recommended!
Shawn is an amazing personal trainer. The best trainer I have ever worked with. He is professional and knowledgeable. When I first started working with him I had some major structural and alignment issues. He customized a workout program to meet my specific needs and goals so I could get the results I wanted. as quickly as possible, yet he is very attentive to my form and making sure the exercise is done correctly so as to prevent any injury. He knows how to gauge an exercise to challenge you, yet not push you past your limits. In addition, he helped me establish a solid nutrition plan that is easy to follow and allows for many choices. Overall, I have gained muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, lost 20 pounds and several inches in the appropriate places. I feel fantastic, have gained a healthier body that will allow me to live the active lifestyle of my choosing. I would recommend Shawn without hesitation.
Shawn C. has been the best thing I have invested in my life. Shawn is very knowledgeable and expert about the body and food. He keeps you accountable and makes every workout fun as well as challenging. NEVER A EASY DAY WITH HIM!!! Every WORKOUT I feel good about the effort and education he continues to teach me. He is a real pro and I am coming up on 2 years now and feel amazing. Best decision to start, better decision to keep on going!! AND every work I sweat a like wh%#e at church!! our inside joke...ask him he will make you laugh.
