This place gave the best price after calling 2 other places. Mariah on the phone was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. Marcos the tow truck driver was also very nice and professional and understanding when I told him i was upset about my car. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I was given an appointment time between 10:00 & 2:00. I waited the 4 hours and no one came or called. When I called the office I was told they didn't have anything else in the area so they would like to reschedule. Horrible customers service!!!! I guess if I didn't call them I would wait for days. I took the day off from work for this appountment. Not a reputable company to work with. I will also report them to the better business bureau. There are plenty of other companies that will junk your car, use someone else!!!!!!
