Very organized and clean inside the building. They have plenty of employees so you get in and out fast. They are not as cheap as going to the real DMV but they are way faster so it’s worth it.

Customer service was really good, really knew what they were doing, very friendly people! I would definitely recommend to others!

I love this place. Even though it is a bit out of my way, I will always go here. Nice, friendly, and fast. Especially Maria at window 13. Maria was the best and very personable as well as kind.

I went in after 5pm to get license plate and registration and waited less than 10min. Jess helped me and she was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient! The same occurred a month ago when I went in to get my license.

I speak from experience, as a first timer on his way to work. I waited 2 1/2 hours to get my learner's permit. $30.99 "convenience" fee is not that very convient. So $37.99 was my total to get learner's permit. Not very convient when the staff are airheads and lack communication with their staff and customers.

Fast service and good location. Prices are reasonable to avoid the inconvenience of going to the DMV office.

FRAUDULENT! LIARS! Staff has no basic English communication skills and lack any basic customer service skills... Manager has no idea what kind of fraud is going on here nor should this place be in any contact or rights of being a third-party MVD service provider!!!!!!! BTW no one speaks English here.

Find another business or ADOT who can provide the same service. Employees are actually LESS helpful and pleasant than those at ADOT. Scuzzy atmosphere with poor service.

Better than going to the MVD you're in and out in 20 minutes
