Very glad we went with GGL. They were very thorough, fixed other problems that came up rotting wood, faulty sensors, leveling issues, and did all around great work with our new garage doors. And they were very friendly and much cheaper than Costco's quote. Highly recommend.
The technician was super prompt and professional. He replaced an extension spring, and secured our garage door opener for a reasonable price. He was able to explain the problem to us clearly and politely. The whole job took less than 30 minutes.
Within 60 minutes of my call, a repairman was at my door and quickly found the problem. He also gave me tips on how the door opener worked and on how to properly maintain it. Courteous, efficient service.
The motor on my garage door stopped working, and when I got tired of hoisting the door up and down, I searched online and read lots of reviews and decided to give GGL a try. Gotti arrived very quickly and fixed my garage door the same day. He was very professional, focused, knowledgeable and friendly. Those qualities plus fair price got him referred to my mom 4 months later when her garage door fell off it’s track long story. Gotti was there the next morning, as promised, and went above and beyond to repair her garage door. I will continue to refer him to anyone I know who needs this type of work done. It’s hard to find people these days who take such pride in their work.
Horrible all around!!! The worst service I've had in a long time. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste your money. My garage door is still incomplete after six months!!! Don't pay the full balance until the job is complete. Right after I paid, they disappeared and never look back without finishing the job!!!
Nobody is giving service when door doesn’t work. My commercial warehouse door stopped to work within 4 months of installation. Phone goes to voice mail from all borough contact.
