4 pallets. It took them 5 hours to unload. $119. Horrible experience. Lazy capstone employees. Parking on Street available. Park on Street and walk your paperwork in to the guard shack. Do not drive up.

We drop and hook, and also live unload here often. Drivers often complain about the Capstone lumper service, but the real holdup is usually the receiving department verifying the breakdown the lumper service. I have self unloaded, and the receiver still has to get to your breakdown, and verify it, so the paperwork can be completed.

Place is ok for delivery, plenty of room to back up, street parking friendly, dont drive to guard check they will turnd you around,park and walk to check in,lazy capstone.

totally garbage. the way this facility is running is the reason why it will eventually be beat by competitors. totally incompetent, took about 22 hrs to unload half a truck. Absolute garbage.
