Well the place is quiet enough, clean, has multiple ways to pay, a variety of machines & quite a few dryers but I'm really disappointed that they have no restroom or place to wash your hands...the prices are pretty much up to par with other laundromats so it's not an unpleasant place. I'm just in awe that they have no restroom or even a basin within to wash up our hands or maybe pre-treat a clothing item or two!! Overall not a bad place though.
The business clearly states on the outside window that the last load you can start is at 9pm and the place closes at 11pm. However, the cleaning staff comes in at 8:30 and cleans for a half hour then will stare at me until i am done. This makes me very uncomfortable. And as soon as I leave, they are locking up and leaving which leads me to believe they are impatient waiting until I get done so they can leave. I have even seen them tell a woman, who spent at least $60 washing tons of laundry, that she needs to leave as they are closing soon. This happened at 9pm as she was putting her heavy wet clothes into the dryers. Lucky for them she did not complain and spent the next fifteen minutes putting her wet laundry into garbage bags to go to the laundry mat on larperter Ave. I would have complained. Like I said, the cleaning staff take a half hour to clean then sit and impatiently wait for you to be done so they can leave way earlier than the business is open until.
Took my money twice, I text the app and they say the money is there I show screen shots and requested they check the number. No refund issued on my account I been going to this place for years . I hate how bad the service has become. No restrooms they steal your money!! I'm changing locations..... Update!!! The person in charge of texting is harassing me and won't stop texting because of my review how unprofessional,,,,, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Stopped in to wash large comforter and mattress cover. Great machines - really liked the capacity. Place was being cleaned by staff but it has not been maintained like it had in the past. It was odd to read a framed article about the laundry mats display of art and plants, the plants were all dead or almost there....
Zero help if you have issues with refunding any money that was taken from you. Charged 4x for what I originally paid through the app. Contact number is invalid and email contact doesn’t reply. Will not be coming back. This place is a scam.
If your money gets stuck in any machine that doesn't work. Don't expect to get your refund. They will not respond. Nor do they care about customers who come here and have their clothes torn by their drying machines. I have had it happen twice and both times when i asked the Workers/cleaners and showed them they are rude and all claim they can't help with anything and you just need to email the owners with all issues. Otherwise then that the facility is nice and clean majority of the time, just wished their was a sink or bathroom could be opened.
I can't believe there is no bathroom I'm in shock. And how do you find the password for the wifi. I called the number it kept hanging up
Told me they were closed. It was 850 pm and doors lock at 9. Hours say till 11.... sus
Clean facility. Mega load machines are $20, Large 6 load capacity machines are $8, next size down machines 4 load capacity are $6 and small single load machines are $3.50. All washing machines ran in 24 minute cycles. The dryers very in price starting from $2-$8 and going up for addional time added. There were plenty of carts to use and several tables for folding. There was no restroom on site. Doors lock at 9p so make sure to be back in the building before then unless you want to wait until the following day to get your laundry. I will be back to utilize the large machines again for sure, overall a good experience.
My families and I have been here since 2018. We never had any issues or conflict with any one until today. The new worker an old white lady which is very racist, rude and not being kids friendly, yelled at my kid and told us to go home. I’ve lived here long enough that I have never experienced anything like this before. I was very shocked. I don’t know where to report this and I kept calling the number that posted on the wall but nobody answer and the mailbox was full. If this lady doesn’t change her behavior or if this place still have rude, racist people like her? I would never come back and I would never invite anyone and my families to come back to this laundromat.
