Definitely a scam. Low quality products. Horrible customer service. Been waiting on a refund for over a month now. I keep getting the run around. Would never do business here again.
Gilt was awesome a couple of years ago, not sure what happened to them. I am so turn off by their lack of customer service and no response. I honestly would never buy from them again. The few dollars you saved is just not worth it.
Like the other reviewers stated, they used to be great a few years ago. I don't think they are an operating company anymore. They do not answer their phones nor respond to emails. Not even an automatic reply email. Sad... from fortune to fraud.
