Good customer service 

They took real good care of me, with cleaning and alterations, don't k ow why Mr. Hines waited so long to add such professionalism to our community.

Customer service is non-existent. They are rude. It’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone. They take your phone number but don’t call you if there is a delay or other issue. They act like they are inconvenienced and won’t apologize for their mess-ups.
