The food was fantastic, as usual. Having eaten at this establishment numerous times in the past, we again had no complaints at all with the food. The service was lacking tonight, sadly. We made a reservation 3 months in advance. Confirmed twice within the week prior. We arrived 45 minutes early, having called to see if we could be seated, and were told that should work. Waited more than 30 minutes past the original reservation time to be seated. The staff were apologetic upon being questioned a few times about the delay, and prompt from then, however, were not friendly or accommodating in any way. Another large party was then seated in the same secluded area, and proceeded to be barraged by Smirnoff girls with shots, party games and a lot of disruption - no level of comfortable conversation to be had for those of us nearby. 2 guests in our party waited an additional 10 minutes after the others to be served their meals. We were offered to go boxes within a few bites of being served - feeling very unwelcome at that point. Having chosen Ginge Hop based on previous visits, we were indeed very disappointed we decided to celebrate a special event here this evening. Love the food, not sure if we’ll be back.

Love the food here. The cream cheese puffs with caramelized onions are a must! Sounded weird to me to but you have to try them. I'm hooked! One of the best pad Thai in the city. I also love the general tsings chicken and the green curry. 1st Friday off every month they have a DJ playing house music. Cool place

I turned my nose up at the idea of "Asian fusion" food at first but was pleasantly surprised. Wonderful service and delicious food - at least when I visited, in the slower hours. Can't speak to the state of the restaurant at full capacity, but I'd love to come back and see sometime.

Cool place, with pretty good food. Mostly sir fry and southern Asian cuisine. Decor is like a colonial British idea of fancy dining in SE Asia.
They had a DJ when I was there, which was weird considering the venue.
Like I said, cool place just an interesting choice on what they're trying to do.

Went on a weekend night - loved the music, there were people dancing and the lights were dim. The fusion alcohol was great - sake and stuff.
And the food was good too! If you're Vegetarian or vegan, there are slightly limited options but what was there was definitely good. I had green curry - and it was among the best green curries I've ever had.
If you're feeling like Thai or Chinese but aren't too tied to the "Asian-ness" definitely go here! It's not just food - it's an experience.
