Joy gave me the best haircut I've ever have. I have wavy/curly hair, and I like to keep it on the short side, but I don't use a lot of product or blow dry it. I always explain that to stylists but always end up with a bob that requires blow drying and product to look right. I love how she cut my hair so much and it looks great even just air drying out of the shower. I can't really express how happy I am.Service: Haircut
Leia is wonderful! It was my first haircut since moving to Portland so I made an appointment at the location near my house & went in without a recommendation. Leia is a great listener & gave me the exact cut I wanted with added recommendations like asymmetry that I absolutely loved! She is warm, personable, attentive, & very skilled at her craft. Reegan Priest is excellent; I love my hair and the way my style has evolved under her care. My favorite hair story is from last weekend when my eight-year-old nephew, who has long hair, was admiring my short androgynous haircut. We talked about hairstyle being a personal choice and shared a moment without gender stereotypes dictating our expectations. Very quaint and exceptional salon. There is no parking specific for salon, you have to find parking on street, but totally worth the parking debacle as staff are great and make it a personal experience. The expertise in each beautician makes this salon a must visit.
I've been going to see Lauren at Ginger Salon for awhile now and I'm living my best hair life. From long and luscious to short and sassy, she keeps my hair game 100. The location is cute, FoPo forever the staff is friendly but most of all the skill is there. I have received more compliments on my hair in the past year than the rest of my life combined. It's worth your time and money.
