this bank sucks they froze our account with money in it and will not let us withdrawal from the location and won't even let us close the account and get our money out in a family emergency. terrible customer service terrible managerial skills and just an all around lousy bank.

I absolutely love this bank, my bank. The customer service there is beyond belief! They each know me and always help me figure out my banking. I HIGHLY Suggest this bank, and their low fees and easy accessibility!

I've been banking at Glacier for over 15 years and have NEVER been treated with anything but pleasant attitude and GREAT service. They have reversed service fees that had been caused by my error on multiple occasions. I don't have complaint #1.
