I had replacement windows installed. the guy Jack who came out to measure wrote exactly what I wanted including the grids that were originally on the windows. I went in to sign and pay. Well they brought plain windows out and said I didn't want the grids and that they cost more. I told them that I was aware of the additional cost it was in the advertisement which I received. Well Alex the one in the office said I made a mistake when he made the mistake. Like I said the guy who measured did it correctly. To make a long story short he told me that the windows with grids was 320 which was $55 more for each of the three windows. When he emailed me the invoice, he was charging me $80 for each window. Well, I had more windows for them to install, but I will take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't refer anyone to them. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them!
