I have dealt with Glens Paint and Polish for over 20 years. I have never been dissatisfied with the work that has been done except the last time I brought the car in. They painted it all around the grill but they didn’t match the paint to the grill and now the grill sticks out like a sore thumb and is a different color of paint. I’m terribly disappointed after all these years of experience. But for this last job I can’t getThem a five I’ll have to give them only a three. In the past their work is always been 5+ I have complained to them but it has done no good. So I am a dissatisfied customer.Services: Body & Trim

Not that I want any more parking lot dings, but if I need future work done, I will definitely go to Glen's. They knew more about the insurance end of things than my agent did....and I very much appreciate how they walked me through the claim process as well as the repair details. The customer service was A+ with their courtesy, helpfulness, honesty and fairness. The work was flawless and my car looked like the day I drove it off the lot in 2010. I’ve been using Glen’s for about 8 years and they have consistently impressed. Glen’s has straightened frames on two vehicles and repaired somewhat complex body damage on a couple others, and their workmanship/paint is unsurpassed. In addition, they’re fantastic communicators and always work directly with the insurance company on your behalf - even to coordinate car rentals, etc. Simply put, I’m a customer for life, and this is hands down the best body shop in greater Salt Lake.

Within four months these guys have taken care of us after being rear-ended twice. Their work is impeccable and they have a quick turn around time. The staff is always a pleasure to speak with over the phone, over email, and in person. They are professional, polite, and have left our car looking as if there had been no accident.
