Glenn's Fireplace & Spa

Our family has been a long time customer of Glen’s Fireplace and Spa. We purchased a Jacuzzi Spa from Glen back in 2003. We buy our tub chemicals and cleaning aides from his store on a regular basis. Whenever, we have needed maintenance service, his service team has dropped everything and come to our home to help. Many times Glen himself has come to make sure that everything was done to his high standards. This is one of many things that makes Glen’s business a repeat and new customer favorite over his competitors! We also recently purchased a fireplace accessory when we re-designed our fireplace mantel. We specifically purchased from Glen’s Fireplace & Spa a beautiful Amish made fireplace cover/screen handmade and it was installed professionally by his team. It was very reasonably priced and of high quality considering all the beautiful craftsmanship done. We have shopped at a lot of places for our hot tub and fireplace cover/screen and have not found better, higher quality, reasonably priced products/ services, and an exceptional service oriented store like Glen’s Fireplace and Spa. Our family cannot say enough good things about Glen and his team! If you are ever in the market for a Hot Tub or Fireplace, accessories or just need service, please do not look any further than highly rated Glen’s Fireplace & Spa. You will not be disappointed!

This is the only place I deal with when it comes to my hot tub and pool table. Awesome place great service and nice staff. Services are always done right the first time and they are always on time. Glenn is a very honest guy and I can say I trust that he will always take care of me.

If anyone is looking for a spa. I definitely would recommend Glenn’s Fireplace and Spa. I would also like to give high remarks for Anthony and his partner. They delivered our spa today and not one issue. They were very pleasant and respectful. A fist class customer experience. Thanks again Scott and Skye!!

Although I had heard about Glenn for a long time this was my first encounter and he was outstanding. I have known his ace tech Ken for a bunch of years now and when squirrels decided to inhabit my tub this winter completely destroying it, Ken came out and pronounced it dead... He suggested looking at The American Whirlpool brand that Glenn's carried. Great tub ! Scotty the salesman was excellent to work with. Glenn and his crew personally delivered and installed it and then took the old one away. It's great to see an owner that personally gets involved in his business. I will never go anywhere else for tubs or service !!

Checked out Glenn’s first for a new hot tub because he had expertly moved my old hot tub to my deck/patio several years ago. Their instore salesman Scottie was knowledgeable and personable. My wife and I felt comfortable in dealing with him. I was impressed with the Maax Spa line for their frame and insulation and we proceeded to purchase. Delivery and installation was first rate by Glenn himself and his crew of 2. They removed my old hot tub and wired up my new one in no time. The whole process could not have gone any smoother.
