Terrible experience. This is where our insurance recommended but I would never go back. They scratched our windows and since I couldn't "prove" they did it I now have multiple scratches on my side and back windows. The paint job they did was thick in between the panels and bubbling. When I wanted to talk to someone about their work a man basically came out and grumbled bring it up with your insurance and walked off. He was incredibly rude to me. I had to flag him down again since my car was dead. He said "did you try to start it?". Obviously. Poor work and awful customer service.

Global Auto Repairs are my favorite shops, they are like other shops that make my vehicle dirty upon pickup. They are also fast unlike the one shop took almost one year to repair the driver’s door and fender.

Avoid at all costs! Repair estimates are not even close to accurate. Shop is unwilling to call and give information or updates. Staff is disorganized and not on the same page. Price is at or above competitors close by. No sense of urgency from anyone I interacted with.Service: Body & Trim

Had Rear Window work done and took under 2 Hrs. Friendly Service, Work was Explained in Advance along with Estimate. Been Here before and Consistent Great work. Would suggest getting your Car worked on here!Service: Body & Trim

Went in for a repair estimate. Location is convenient and parking is not on the side of this busy industrial street. Made an appointment ahead of time so I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Overall experience it was fast and convenient. Will definitely return.

Terrible paint work on a new bmw. The vehicle was not re-assembled correctly when I was told to pick it up. They also ruined one of my window tints. They failed to finish the agreed job. Most unprofessional experience of my lifetime. Update: I did not have an issue with the time it took as other reviews have mentioned; however, they did call me week after week to say it would be ready “tomorrow”, only for it to be delayed. they ordered the wrong parts and clearly did not know how to re-assemble the vehicle. In addition, I had to schedule an appointment with the dealership to have basic features re-enabled

Had repairs done on couple of occasions, and everything from customer service to the quality of repair services are exceptional. Especially in comparison to other repair shops on island that either overcharge or provide sun-par service.

Awesome body repair shop! My car looks better now then when I bought it. They even took care of details that were not part of my accident that was being covered by insurance. Highly recommend.
