Global Gifts is a volunteer-supported nonprofit fair trade store with four locations in Central Indiana and Ohio.

Story

Global Gifts supports impoverished artisans and producers in the developing world by providing vital fair trade income and employment for people of limited opportunity, by marketing ethically produced and ethically obtained handmade products, by educating the public about the cultures and traditions associated with the items for sale, and by helping consumers spend their shopping dollars in ways that benefit disadvantaged people and around the world. I love to visit this store when I go downtown, especially to buy earrings and other jewelry. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! I love the diversity of items to choose from and that the purchases go to a good cause. Today I was shopping for birthday gifts for my daughter and had the pleasure of talking to Jonny. He had great energy, was very friendly, and attentive! He went above and beyond to wrap each item I bought so beautifully. I look forward to going back soon!
Super fun place! All kinds of neat one of a kind gifts and items for your family and friends. A bit on the pricey side but it is also for a good cause.

Global Gifts has long been one of my favorite stores. I get all my gifts here and love spending time in the store browsing all the beautiful, artisan made items. Plus I feel good about my shopping knowing the artists all receive fair wages for their work!
Staff is fanfiction and the gifts are truly unique. It's shopping with a purpose.
A nice little shop along Mass Ave that has many cute things to buy! Definitely worth stopping in!
The staff was absolutely amazing and actually helped me find something that I was looking for and then some, because it turned out to be more perfect than I imagined. Anyhow, great store for super unique and thoughtful gifts from all over the world. From soaps to puzzle boxes, you'll find it here.
They were very kind and helpful while helping my kids pick out a gift for their mother.
I have loved going to this store since I was in middle school. The craftsmanship of each item is impeccable and special. I have bought numerous wedding, birthday, etc gifts from here.
