I had my grandpa enrolled to their services. They provided me the best RN upon admission. Staff were friendly. Wearing bright yellow scrubs. During my grandpa's final stages, they provided 24/7 nursing care. Social services were available and a chaplain!!!! We felt so relieved and so thankful to this company!!! I highly recommend them to all families who needs help!

Enrolled my mom in this service last January 2019. First of all, the nurses, social worker & volunteer are wonderful & very professional. I have had no issues with them except that they change them around too often. They have all kept me informed about my mom's care & any concerns I have. However, communication with management is a major problem with this company. About 3 months into their service I noticed things had changed with my mom's care, so I called to find out what was going on. I was assured that they would do as they had originally told me. Over the last year I have had to call about every 3 months. I don't feel it's my duty to remind them to do what they told me they would do. Rather than Global being proactive, they are reactive. In my opinion, they need a major shake up in management . Rot starts at the top.

Grateful that I chose their services for my Mother in her last days. These are hard times and having a staff that communicated with me frequently, listened to my input and genuinely cared about my Mom and I during the final season of life for her They also referred me to the best board and care facility in the area.
