WAY TOO PICKY. Got an Altima from a dealer, fell in love with it. 6 weeks later, financing didn't go through. The bank said it's because there was too many discrepancies about my employment. First off, the sales person I had put down a different name and phone number for my company. Mike, the finance manager at Langdale in Valdosta says my paystubs are off. Well I talked to my supervisor and since our company literally only had 8 employees and is considered a independent contractor, they generate the stubs on their own. So, I send over 5 months worth of bank statements proving direct deposit and the company name. Bank still made an issue about the company phone number not showing company name. Again, independent contractor...the phone is in her name...duh. Still made an issue about it so they sent the deal back. Mike then calls me and essentially says if I don't bring the car back, he was calling the cops and report the car stolen. Funny thing is he didn't know my dad happens to be an attorney, and I'm a criminal justice so I know the law. I called Lowndes County Sheriff's Department just in case I was wrong and they said I had to give the car back but no arrest. So I was right. They came and got the car. So naturally after all this, I wanted my down payment back. Mike at Langdale said no. Told me to talk to GM Tom Kelly. I went in to talk to him pissed but left pretty satisfied. Tom was super awesome and gave my down payment back. He really seemed like a nice and honest guy. This situation was just one of those things. Bank screwed up, sales person screwed up, and I didn't check my paystubs so that was my fault.

This company has the worst customer service we have ever seen paid off a car 2 months ago and still no title there is no excuse they have given except they don't care once they have their money good luck getting anything from them doesn't matter who you talk to!!!!!!
