Terrible experience with this company. We called 3 weeks ago about rates on transportation for our wedding. They told us they had availability, the week after we ask for a email confirmation with the rate. Which the lady said she would send out. A week after that we called them twice and they said, “we are sending out the email by end of the day today” Yesterday we called they said they were writing up the email as we spoke. And now today they are telling me they don’t have anything available. If you contact them and they don’t email you back, don’t waste your time like they did to us.

Spoke to Samantha. Very easy to deal with, efficient, friendly, and good prices. No hassle experience, made booking a reservation easy peesy!

The service we received to and from the cruise port in Bayonne, NJ was exceptional. Global Limousine sent e-mails the day before confirming the appointment for the next day and sent e-mails the day of transport to alert us they were on the way. Both drivers arrived ON-TIME as promised. They were helpful with our luggage, courteous, and dressed very professionally. If you are looking for a reliable limousine service do not hesitate to call Global Limousine.

If you ever do ANY work for this company as far as towing or repairs go .....GET PAID IN FULL.  They swindle and lie and promise and then you get nothing but cheated out of your money.  If you hire them for their services you can pay them half because that's how they do business.  One of the worst companies we've dealt with in a long time.  CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Best luxury transportation and limo company in Philadelphia hands down!!  Having used Global Limousine several times, all of the chauffeurs have been on-time, professional, and impeccably dressed.  Keep up the great work!!

The limo seemed it had not been serviced in a while, the brakes sqeaked loud! The struts were out in the back, the abs light and service light was on, the a/c was not cold. The driver was caught texting/messaging on facebook while driving us!!!! The driver was unfamiliar with the area we were traveling and several occasions I had to guide her to our location. When we were ready to leave our venue it took 15 mins to get a responce that she would come get us, so we waited in the cold on the curb. Will not refer or be a return customer.

I wouldn't even give them one star - they lied to me and about two week later charged an extra $200 to my credit card charge.  They lead you to believe this is the final quote and tell you on the phone it won't cost a dollar more.  Then hide in their paperwork another charge.  Pay attention to everything they make you sign - and don't trust them in the phone.

These guys have been great to me. Wonderful customer service, great drivers, good vehicles. I'll definitely continue to use them.

Best limo in Philly hands down! Limousine was immaculate and driver was on point. Highly recommend Global Limousine.
