Horrendous. Try calling to schedule an appointment or to find out if your vaccine needs a booster, or even the last time you were there. They don't answer the phone. EVER. You can call and leave a message every day for a week, you can call every 30 seconds. They will never pick up the phone, and they will never return a voicemail message. What kind of service is that?
It’s never great when the front desk people ask you multiple times to leave a good review as you are sitting in the waiting room to see if you have a reaction to the vaccine. On the third time being asked if I had left a review, I really thought the receptionist was going to come grab my phone to verify I was writing a review. I wish vaccines didn’t cost so much and this experience didn’t seem like such a money maker.
Will use this facility again. Great Nurses! My consult covered everything I needed to know about my trip. I was able to schedule my appointment at the time of my convenience, was able to get in less than a week. Friendly staff.
Very helpful with vaccinations to Ecuador. 15 minutes in and out. Just know about where you're going and what you need and they'll take care of you. They didn't try to give me more than I wanted or upsell me on anything. Great experience.
My wife went to Global Travel Health because it is near where we live. I went to the International Travelers' Clinic at the Anschutz Medical Center University of Colorado Hospital on the Fitzimmons Campus because I work near there. We each had Japanese Encephalitis immunizations for our long trip to India. Both clinics provided good information and good clinical service. The University accepted our Medicare insurance and our Blue Cross insurance; Global Travel Health did not and refused to submit a claim so we had to submit that claim ourselves. Both clinics billed about the same, approximately $600.00. The University accepted Medicare and Blue Cross' payments as payment in full. My out of pocket cost - $0.00. The allowed payment through the University - about $100 or less. The payment to me for Global Travel Health's billing is in process but I expect to get back about $60. Out of pocket cost at the U - $0. Out of pocket cost at Global Travel Health - $622. You know where we BOTH will be going next trip overseas! I believe I understand clinics. I am a physician.
I have had very negative interactions with Global Travel Health. Rather than educate their customers with care and concern, it feels like several members of their staff lord their expertise over their customers. I came away from several interactions with the front desk staff and practitioners feeling belittled.
Shady AF. They make you pay out of pocket and keep pitching an itemized receipt like you can submit it to insurance and get reimbursed. NOPE, just spent $430 that I'll never get back.
Great staff and was very upfront about what was best for our specific trip as well as cost. We will be returning for any future travel plans!
Love it here, everyone is so helpful ! The nurses are great and give us all the information we need . Will definitely go there again!
They'll lie to you, and tell you it's going to cost $70. Ended up costing 145. Shady business practices. Don't go here.
