I found Glow Tanning Salon online and was interested in buying a large tanning package because it was close to my home. When I went into the salon the sales representative told me the price had increased compared to what was online because of a New Year's price change. I left my number for the manager asking if she would honor the price that I had seen online. The manager gave me a call a few days later and told me that the price went up because of a 15.75 tax rate. This tax does not match up to the price that I was told and when I had asked her about explaining why the price changes did not match, she became very irritated and rude. She told me that's what the prices were and that's what I can pay and hung up on me. I will not be choosing to patron a salon that has no interest in valuing the customer or giving good quality customer service. I have worked in the customer serve industry in the past and and would have never treated a customer the way that I was treated on the phone by the manager - especially when one was simply trying to understand the prices in hopes to commit to the salon.

Warning: They only accept student IDs with an expiration date so it’s basically impossible to get the student discount! : Otherwise the machine is pretty typical for a spray tan and it seemed reasonable.
