Story

Our gluten, preservative & yeast free bread products include dinner rolls, which make the perfect appetizer or snack, sandwich rolls and pizza crusts.

We offer freshly baked breads, breakfast sandwiches, lunch & dinner sandwiches and salads and to go from our retail store in Brookfield, CT.

All of our bread products are also available frozen so that you may enjoy them freshly baked at home.

As a part of our take out menu we also offer our famous whole stuffed chicken and stuffed pork loin in addition to our own caramel and guava pastes.
