I would’ve given this a ZERO star review but this platform doesn’t allow it. Customer service is horrendous. My girlfriend went in to grab snacks and a gift for me. She then went to the register and asked to split the transaction and the clerk Ryan straight up said “NO we’ll do it together”. This was an obvious attempt to save his average sale. Apparently that means more to these individuals than actually helping customers. He then proceeded to try and get my girlfriend to upgrade to the next gnc reward level. Again another sales attempt rather than actually helping the customer at hand. Seems most of these clerks know nothing about the science behind the industry and how to properly help a customer.
