This is one of the worse places I've ever been too!! The owner and associate were so rude! All I was doing was a return, they made me feel like I was putting them out of business and the owner told me I had to go back to the original store to be able to do the return!! Finally they did my return but were refusing to give me back my original receipts back!! This store is horrible and I do hope they get shut down!

I wish I could do minus stars! Customer service has always been fine but because it's not a corporate store (there words)they up there prices by a considerable amount. When I looked them up on Google maps and click the same location and click website they show the regular prices but when I show up they say no dice! Even after I show them the ad they still don't honor it! I went there for bull Knox pre workout on the gnc website it's $27 (and no it's not a web only) at this store it's 34.99. Do yourself a favor if you go to this store in particular check the website prices for gnc, everything is overpriced. Being a franchise there should be a protocol as to not tarnish the actual brand. It's like opening a franchise for 99 cent store and marking everything 1.99 and using the name just to lure people in and charge more once there in and saying Ohh were a franchise so we can charge what ever we want! And I've been told that by several employees .Uuhgg so annoying.

I just called to check if my membership it's actually active and the guy just say he can't check unless I go to the store and you can do this just with your phone number but he doesn't want to do it
