I came into this store. A guy name David had to take my info to get teens vitamins buy 1 and get the other 50% off delivered to my home. I never received it. I went back to the store a guy told me they should have some coming they will call me. Never happen . I went back to the store the young lady say she ssnt it in to send to my home. I never received it.but it say it has been delivered , I never got it . Don't buy nothing from this store they took my money.
What a joke of a store. Came during normal business hours and they don’t have any updates on website, phone, or anything about being closed but kindly greet customers with this message see picture below. Looks like a 3rd grader wrote it. Do not bring your business here for these over priced and over hyped supps anyhow. #Trash.
I see I'm not the only one with an issue here... I ordered an item for pick up thinking, 'I'll get it when I leave work'. Nope, get there at 5:16, closed. Okay no biggie, i'll come back tomorrow and grab it during my lunch. Nope, got there today at 1:20 and the sign said they would return at 3! I just want a refund and will get my purchases from Amazon from now on... what's the point of having a brick and mortar if you don't even have employees working??
This is a nice little store. Everytime i go here i am warmly welcomed and always treated with kindness and respect. I've never ran into a product being out of stock , they keep it well stocked here. Colleen is awesome and very knowledgeable, if you ever have questions about anything she is the person to talk to and if she doesnt know the answer off the top of her head she goes out of her way to find it for you. I go out if my way a little to shop at this GNC for the wounderful service and i will continue to shop here. I definently recommend this location.
The sales person I spoke with and had this interaction was named Colleen. I walked in, picked up the one item I wanted to purchase and brought it to the counter. As Colleen scanned my item she asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership, and I politely declined by responding, "I'm good, thank you". She told me it would be wise if I signed up because my points are "really getting up there". I, again, politely declined, and said "not this time". I paid for my item and Colleen asked me if I wanted a bag, I said, "I'm good thank you". This is where Colleen said the following, "Wow, you have really poor communication skills. The question I asked was a yes or no question. I find it really interesting that you can't say no. It really says something about you. I am studying psychology and have been learning a lot about this in my program." As I stood there shocked I did not respond, because I simply did not know what to say. I couldn't believe someone had spoken like this to me. She continued "We are doing business here, right? Answer my question with a yes or no if that's what it warrants. I would recommend you think about this and work on responding with a clear response, which is what I was looking for." I am sure Colleen works hard at her job, and is knowledgeable about the product, however this behavior and customer service is extremely unprofessional and simply unacceptable.
Came to pick up a product and store was close 20 minutes before it was suppose to be close. Extremely unprofessional.
Hours need to be updated. I tried to pick up my online order at 6:30pm on Sunday, and the store was closed. A wasted trip. The products are good, but this isn't the first time GNC's hours are wonky.
If you go into this store be prepared to be aggresively told to sign up for a membership scam, and when you deny it, prepare for the person ringing you up to be personally offended… I now only go into this store if I forget to order what I need online. I went into this store to pick up one item, should be a quick and easy transaction, in and out. Instead, after about 5 minutes of convincing the manager I think her name was Colleen that I didn’t need the membership plan, she became obviously offended and kind of hostile. She called me out on the way I was answering her, because I was saying “I’m good” or “not today” instead of a very direct no, which she deemed more respectful I guess… I don’t know about everyone else, but when I go into a store to buy something, I usually just want to simply buy it and walk out… so it’s a pretty big turn off to be told that my attempts to politely deny something that I have no interest in purchasing are rude and that I’m wrong…
Worst customer service ever. The guy behind the counter on the evenings couldn't care less. He even told us to go somewhere else if we didn't like his "solution", and the cherry on top, he threw the change at me. I'm definitely taking his advice and going somewhere else.
Colleen is probably the only reason I will come to this location. Her personality is so magnetic and you wanna stay and talk with her forever at the store. If you want good help and not that pressure kind highly recommend this location! Thanks again lady!
