Called and asked if they had either of two sleep aid formulas, guy said NO. I said that's okay do you know any other stores that may have it? The guy said he couldn't tell me that but hopes I find it and then hung up. Great service.

It may not get the traffic as it's next door neighbor (Starbucks), but this place is a go-to for your supplement needs and should be recognized as such. I've lived in Monroe for the past 4 years and have used this place for all my vitamin/supplement pick ups. The prices are what you would expect, it is a convenient place for what is needed, but I'm more sold than anything by the customer service. Every person I get to meet when I stop by is more than helpful and knowledgeable of their products. My favorite is Michael. Seemingly stoic, but one of the coolest dudes that you just love to go in and have a chat with when the opportunity presents itself. Always seems to be looking for the guest's best interest and just wants to make your experience a good one. As I have for years now, I will keep up with the Emerald Athletic Club for my gym and utilize the Monroe GNC to help me along the way. . .
