Bad customer service and they add a round up charge for a donation without asking, once I asked what the charge was they played dumb and were really put out by my question. This is quite literally stealing, you can not charge someone for something without asking. It looks like, based on other reviews, that I am not the only one this has happened too. I definitely will not return to this store.

STORE ISN'T EVEN OPEN HALF THE TIME. I keep going to get a refund for a pre-workout that I bought. And it isn't even open you have to call and even then it's hit or miss. There is no sign indicating why this is on their website or on the store. This is pretty disgusting I took the pictures at 1:00 on Saturday.

Hopefully this helps save you a trip! I arrived after the closing time - Google Maps says they close later. This GNC has had consistently good customer service over the past 5 years I've been visiting. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with exercise and supplement questions. Since the pandemic began the shelves have been more barren and many products are only available online, but the in person conversations and assistance can't be replaced online!

I was in a hurry, and there was a Polynesian gentleman at the cash register who was very insensitive, rude, and dismissive to a simple question about an automatic extra charge to my credit card. Hopefully you have better treatment.

Not Sure... The shop was definitely not what it use to be and that's a good thing in this case. The old store kept a bunch of stuff that the average person didn't/couldn't understand or need. Bombarded with a bunch of extras. The attendant in this particular location wasn't that knowledgeable about some if the products and so when asked about them the response was "I'm not sure".

This place was awesome! Crazy good deals, and staff. Not to mention the manager on duty that day her name was “Koda” was extremely helpful and got me on the right path with things i got! Overall, AWESOME experience, HIGHLY recommend!!

Terrible. The employee here back in June asked me to sign up for some bs discount and said, "I need to swipe your card to put it on your account, however, you will not be signed up for an auto-delivery subscription." Turns out what he did was just set the first delivery as far out as he could and now I have been charged for subscription I never intended to subscribe to here at the end of November. Wow, what a dishonest store.

Not open most of the time! The guy working there with the face tattoo refuses to wear a mask and is rude. He doesn't help anyone. He spent more time talking about a female coworker sending him inappropriate pictures and trash talking her, calling her bad names to another customer then helping customers wanting to buy product. I'll never go back!

Store just got a new remodel and new staff. Looks great and the staff is awesome. The store is very well stocked, neat, and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, upbeat, and pro customer. They will treat you right, help with with the products you need, and do their best to save you money. Definitely worth checking it out.
