I usually don’t write reviews …but strongly feel I should voice my opinion on the salesperson in this store Visiting New York…around 7.15 pm went to the shop today The sales person was rude… keen on getting us out of the shop I was looking to buy Prime drinks - the attitude and approach was rude He told us he only sells this in bulk… which I thought was rather odd I managed to buy this from a GNC store few meters across the road .. Port Bus station GNC store We were then looking around in the shop.. he literally asked us to go away On asking why is he rude to us He said he wants to go on break He then turned the sign on the store to closed .. even though the store was supposed to close at 9.30 I hope he understands the value of respect and treating customers with dignity

pathetic sales girl, felt racist as she didn't bother to answer anything, worst part i asked her to match online price but she replied " go to other GNC not here" and kept her eyes on phone, worst GNC ever, i would have given less than one star... rude, unprofessional, not brother to answer anything, on phone all the time.

Stephanie was unwelcoming, barely gave any eye contact, didn’t even ask me why was I there for or if I needed any assistance. The store obviously isn’t busy right now. Stephanie should give 100% good costumer service and be grateful that she has a job.

Literally went in to buy a protein shake, I couldn't buy it without providing my email address. I don't know how many times I've unsubscribed to GNC junk mail but enough times that I know it's not worth it. The service was so terribly rude. This will be the last time I visit a GNC store.

Great store with a good variety of options.

This is the only GNC left in my work area. With that heing shared, they young employee's are very eager to assist in any form necessary. The store is located on 8th. Ave btw 39th st and 40th, so it's always high traffic of all types of ppl on that avenue,, so I'm literally in, out and off that Ave lol. The store is clean. Not huge but big enough in size.

They’re always on break it seems like. They always close earlier then their hours stated on the door and website.

The associate was extremely rude. Closed to store more than half an hour before 9:30PM. Didn’t even want to acknowledge me.

Nice store but sales lady kept pushing something on me despite me saying 5 times I wanted to try something else. I understand sales but learn to pivot when what you’re doing is not working.

Service was good caught a good sale. They just changed the store hrs instead of closing at 7pm they close at 8pm during the week
