Terrible service. Went to gnc to return a product that I never opened and explained I wanted to return it because of some personal health reasons that I am very self conscious about and was told I couldn't return the item because I didn't have a gold card membership or receipt which was fine. It was the fact that the employee laughed at me and didn't believe me that really irritated me. If you share personal information with an employee who's job is to assist you they should NEVER laugh at you or make the customer feel worse about themselves.
